Problem & Solution
Frequently people wants to don’t impact in the climate change or receive the package early as possible, with google delivery service we will never have this problem again, no problems of traffic and intant delivery to the point
Understand the users
I conducted interviews and created empathy m aps to understand the users I’m designing for and their needs. A primary user group identified through research was working adults who don’t trust in the normal delivery services
Many other people had problems with climate changes and wanted to reduce the impact of delivery trucks on the world

Goal

- Send a package even if there is nobody inside at that moment

- He doesn’t know where to start
- He lives in a place with little connection and sometimes the cell phone doesn’t work despite the wifi internet connection

Paper first
The process below begins with my initial ideas wireframes, then moves to mockups, and finally to the high-fidelity prototype. Taking the time to draft iterations for each screen of the app on paper ensured that the elements that made it to digital wireframes would be well-suited to address user pain points. For the home screen, I prioritized an easy way to add a new scan.

I then brought my idea to an interactive digital low-fidelity prototype and brought it to five potential users to collect feedbacks.

1. Changed the Navigation Path
I created a clear structure so that the user understands the difference
2. Better Payments Section
The early design did not include clear instructions for the user to have a better payment section. I added the instructions to make it clear for the user to follow. now you don’t need of select card
